David ETAH AKOH

He has been the Managing Partner of the Firm since 1985. He holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma (Maîtrise) in Comparative Law (English and French Law). His main areas of practice in the firm are Petroleum Law, Mining Law, Banking and Finance, Investment Law, Labour Law, Telecoms, Land Law, Competition Law and Energy. He currently heads the firm’s practice in Petroleum Law, Mining, Labour Law, Banking and Finance, and Telecoms. Over the past few years, David has been involved in almost all the syndicated loan transactions in Cameroon. He regularly advises investors on critical issues relating to the Petroleum Code and its regulations and also the Mining Code and its regulations. He has been highly involved in discussions with the Government of Cameroon for the acquisition by Foreign Investors of land for major agro-industrial projects. He has written several articles on Telecoms Law, Mining law and Public Private Partnership in Cameroon.

PAUL NAN II

He obtained a Licence en Droit Privé in 1980 and a Maîtrise en Droit des Affaires in 1981 and latter a D.E.S.S (Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées en Fiscalité Appliquée), and a Masters Degree in Environmental Law. He started Legal Practice in 1982 and qualified as a Lawyer in 1985 and immediately joined the Firm. He is a certified Agent of OAPI for Trademarks Patents & Designs. He speaks and writes French as first language, English as second language and Spanish. He heads the Litigation Practice in the Firm as well as Intellectual Property, Environmental Law ad Competition Law.

BAYAGA Jules-Aimé

He holds a LL.B (Hons) Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Law. He speaks and writes English and French. His main areas of practice in the Firm include Banking and Finance, Investment Law, Energy, Oil and Gas and Media and Communication Law.

TCHEUFFA WENDEU Brice H.

He holds a LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Buea and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Law from the University of Yaoundé. He speaks and writes English and French. He joined the firm in 2004 and was admitted to the Cameroon bar in 2011. His main areas of practice in the firm include Banking and Finance, Securities law Investment Law, Energy, Oil and Gas and Media and Communication Law.

FEUDJOUO KWAKAM Hervé Mathias

He holds a DEA (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies) in Business Law from the University of Douala. He joined the firm in 2011 and was admitted to the Cameroon bar in 2018. He speaks and writes English and French. His main areas of practice in the firm include Taxation, Petroleum Law, Energy Law, Banking and Finance, Labour Law, Investment Law, Media, Arbitration Law and Corporate Law.

OBI OKPUN OJONG Stephen

He holds a Masters in Business, Corporate and Finance Law from University of Douala and is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Cameroon and Nigeria. He joined the firm in March 2014. He speaks and writes English and French. His main areas of practice in the firm include Investment Law, Corporate Law, General Commercial Law, Land Law, Intellectual Property Law, Insurance Law, Labour Law, Civil Litigation and Criminal Law.

EBOMBO EKA Simone

She holds a Masters Degree. Her main areas of practice in the firm include Labour Law, Enforcement Proceedings, Civil and Criminal Law, Succession Law, Corporate and General Commercial Law, Land Law. And Intellectual Property Law. She speaks and writes French as first language and English as second language.

MAPOUT Fils Dieudonné Parfait

He holds a DEA (Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies) in Business Law. He speaks and write French as first language and English as second language. His main areas include Corporate and General Business Law, Arbitration Law, Transportation and Labour Law.

HAGBANG Bienvenu Desiré

He is holder of a Master Degree in Business Law. His main areas of practice include Banking Law, Environmental Law, Telecommunication Law, Land Law, Litigation and Arbitration.

SOHE MAM Juliette Flavie

She own a Master Degree. Her main areas include Labour Law, Civil Law, Succession Law, and Enforcement Proceedings. She speak and write French as first language and English as second language.

JEHEMLE Odile Karen

She holds a Masters Arbitration and business litigation from the Catholic University of Central Africa. She specialises in Banking and Finance, Insurance, Arbitration and General commercial law, corporate law and insolvency procedures. She write and speak French.

BECHEM ETAH AKOH (Candidate Attorney)

He holds an LLB Degree from Birmingham City University, an LLM from Cardiff University and recently passed the New York Bar Examination. He speaks and writes English as first language and French as second language.
