In collaboration with Baker & McKenzie London acted as local counsel for Standard Chartered Bank as agent for lenders in a 11.940.827 Euros financing to the benefit of the Republic of Cameroon for the development of a road infrastructure project in Ebolowa.

Acted in collaboration with Dentons (Moscow) as local counsel for EuroChem in its acquisition of Solevo Group and its Cameroon subsidiary Solevo Cameroon SA.

Acted in collaboration with ENS Africa as local counsel for Blue Peak Holdings SARL Inc. for a 15,000,000 USD term loan facility to Africure Pharmaceuticals Ltd for the purpose of financing working capital requirements, capital expenditure required to upgrade existing plants and facilities, and to fund permitted projects and greenfield projects.

Acted in collaboration with Baker & McKenzie as local counsel for PROPARCO in connection with the protection of PROPARCO‘s first rank guarantee granted by Banque Populaire Caisse d’Epargne (BPCE) on a 40 000 000 Euros facility in view of the envisaged sale of BPCE’s shares in its Cameroon subsidiary BICEC.

Acted in collaboration with Baker & McKenzie as local counsel for PROPARCO in a USD 10 000 000 secured loan to Africure Pharmaceuticals Ltd for the financing of its working capital needs and that of its Cameroon subsidiary.
